On the introduction of a ban on the import of apples into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by road

The Department of State Revenue for the East Kazakhstan region reports that from October 8, 2024, by order of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2024 No. 343, a ban on the import of apples was introduced until December 31, 2024 (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 0808 10) to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by road from third countries, with the exception of the import of apples from member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as the international transit of apples through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
