Open day in collaboration with representatives of the Association «Taxes of Kazakhstan» and the major public group «Taxes of Almaty»

On August 29, 2024, the Department of State Revenue for the East Kazakhstan Region, together with representatives of the Association «Taxes of Kazakhstan» and the major public group «Taxes of Almaty» — Marzhan Symbatkyzy, Tatyana Lilikova, and Yuliya Yeliseeva — held an Open day at the State Revenue Office in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

During the event, employees of the Department, the State Revenue Office of Ust-Kamenogorsk, and representatives of the Association «Taxes of Kazakhstan» and the major public group «Taxes of Almaty» provided detailed information on the issues of universal declaration and desk audits. Citizens were explained the procedure for submitting declarations, considering the latest innovations, as well as the specifics of desk audits.

Marzhan Symbatkyzy, representing «Taxes of Almaty» emphasized the importance of holding such events to strengthen trust between citizens and government bodies, shared practical advice, and answered participants' questions during the «Open day».

The event provided a valuable platform for improving citizens' tax literacy and increasing their awareness.
