On the preliminary results of the III stage of universal declaration

Since January 1, 2024, all chiefs, founders (participants) of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, as well as their spouses have started to submit a declaration of assets and liabilities (form 250.00) (hereinafter - the declaration) in the third stage of universal declaration.

The declaration is designed to reflect information on the availability of assets and liabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad as of December 31 of the year preceding the year of submitting the declaration.

Meanwhile, non-residents, founders (participants) of non-profit organizations and shareholders are exempt from submitting the declaration.

77.5 thousand individuals of  East - Kazakhstan region are required to submit a declaration in 2024. Since the beginning of this year, 30.8 thousand people or 40% of the total number of applicants have submitted the declaration. Of these, 99.9% of declarations are submitted electronically through electronic services: office of the taxpayer (cabinet.salyk.kz), E-Government portal (egov.kz ) and mobile applications «е-Salyq Azamat», «eGov mobile», Kaspi.kz, Halyk, Вcc.kz.

We remind you that the declaration deadline  for chiefs, founders (participants) of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, as well as their spouses expires on September 15, 2024.

In order to avoid late fulfillment of tax obligations, we ask everyone to submit a declaration in advance. The declaration is submitted at the place of residence (registration).
