The "Single Wndow" simplified the procedure for obtaining permits

A foreign economic activity participant is provided access to obtain permits on the Single window, they are issued by related SA and organizations (MAC RK, MH RK, CTRM MTI RK, CIR MPS RK, MENR RK, certification bodies) through a single point in electronic form.

Previously, a participant of foreign economic activity used to apply in person to each state agency to obtain permits in paper form.

In 2023, more than 205 thousand permits were issued on the Single Window portal. This was announced by Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Birzhanov during a press conference at the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Automation of services allowed the MFEA to eliminate the human factor when making decisions, accelerate the passage of customs and licensing procedures and cancelling paper documents, exclude contacts with service providers, reduce the time for providing services from 30 to 5 days.
