All mobile transfers won’t be checked

The state revenue bodies will not check all mobile transfers.

Subjects to the CONTROL are persons, received mobile transfers from 100 or more different persons to their personal accounts (it is important: no more than 100 transfers, but transfers from 100 or more persons) monthly for three consecutive months. This was announced by Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Birzhanov during a press conference at the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with the current legislation, this is a sign of entrepreneurial activity

Conscientious entrepreneurs who work only by bank transfer will leave the sphere of control. Favorable conditions have also been created for doing and developing business. The procedures of tax regimes have been simplified – tax rates range from 1% to 4%, depending on the type of activity.
