Dear taxpayers!


The State Revenue Committee launched a pilot project on October 16 of this year to provide the Contact Center of the Committee with consultations to taxpayers through a video call.

The aim of the project is to provideconsulting services to taxpayers in a more convenient and an easy-to-digest format by clicking on a special Qr code or on the link "Video Call" https://kgd.qosyl.kz/ on the portal of the State Revenue Committee www.kgd.gov.kz or in Salyqbot in Telegram.

A free video call can be made by any user from anywhere in the world (you need to have a cell phone or a computer with internet access).

The service provides an opportunity to send text messages and necessary links to subscribers during a video consultation.

We strive to make the process of execution your tax obligations as simple, convenient and available as possible.

Working hours of the Contact Center: on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 9 to 6.30 pm.
