Issues of administrative responsibility.

Part 1-1 of Article 897 of the Code of Administrative Offences (CAO) provides for a list of articles of the CAO for which the simplified procedure for bringing to administrative responsibility is not subject to application.

In particular, a person is not subject to administrative liability by notice (simplified procedure) in the field of customs under such articles as 537, 551 of the CAO.  Under these articles, the administrative offense case is carried out in a general manner by drawing up a protocol.
