The ban on land and rail transportation for wheat into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The State Revenue Department  of East - Kazakhstan region informs that the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 25, 2023 No. 337 "On the introduction of a ban on land and rail transportation for wheat  into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan "  introduced a ban for a period of six months since October 11, 2023,:

- on import from third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by road on the list in accordance with Annex.

- to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by rail from third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the import of wheat by rail to licensed elevators, grain processors, poultry enterprises.

The list of goods in respect of which the ban on import is imposed on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Codes of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - EEU HS code) * 100119-«Other durum wheat»;

2. Codes of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - EEU HS code) * 100199-«Other wheat and meslin».
