Meeting in the territorial administration of state Revenue on the topic: "Compliance with the requirements of the Ethical Code of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and anti-corruption legislation"

Deputy Head, Ethics Commissioner of the State Revenue Department of East - Kazakhstan region Tatubaev E.M. held meetings on issues involving the observance of anticorruption legislation and the Code of Ethics of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan with officials of Office Department of State Revenues for Ridder town on September 27, 2023.

The meeting took place in a lively format, where the questions of employees of the territorial departments of state revenue bodies were answered and necessary information was provided by the Ethics Commissioner, E.M. Tatubaev.

Also, the Ethics Commissioner, Tatubaev E.M. has undertaken preventive work with officials of the departments on working with taxpayers and administration of indirect taxes to meet the requirements of subparagraph 7 of paragraph 1 of Article 118 of the Tax Code (within the framework of identified corruption risks based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the SRD of EKR). 

At the end of the meetings, the Deputy head of the SRD of EKR, Ethics Commissioner Tatubaev E.M. noted the importance and the need for ongoing compliance with the norms of official ethics, prevention of violations of legislation on public service, combating corruption and the Code of Ethics.
