🚬 Since September 5, 2023, the SRD of EKR with the DEI of EKR and SRO for the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk have conducted thematic inspections on the sale of disposable electronic cigarettes and similar disposable individual electric vaporizing devices, including liquids and gels in 4 retail outlets and stores as part of the operatively-preventive action "City without vapes" in Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

Following the inspection, electronic cigarettes and nicotine containing liquid in the amount of 1 880 pieces were seized, worth 8 million 303 thousand tenge.

For this violation, taxpayers are subject to liability under Part 2 of Article 283 of  the CoAO of the RK. The sanction provides for punishment in the amount of fifty to five hundred monthly calculation indices, with confiscation of excisable goods that were the objects of violating.

Measures will be taken by a court decision.

Control over the circulation of tobacco products and disposable electronic cigarettes will take place on a continuous basis.
