A meeting in the territorial offices of state revenues on the topic: "Compliance with the requirements of the of the code of Ethics for civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and anti-corruption legislation"

On September 11, 2023, the deputy Head, Ethics Commissioner of the State Revenue Department of East - Kazakhstan region Tatubaev E.M held meetings on compliance with anti-corruption legislation and the Code of Ethics of Civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan with officials of Office Department of State Revenues for Samar, Kurchum and Zaisan districts, meetings were held also with officials of the customs post "Maykapchagay" September 12, 2023.

The meeting took place in a lively format, where the questions of state revenue officials were answered by Ethics Commissioner E.M. Tatubaev and the necessary information was provided.

Also, the Ethics Commissioner Tatubaev E.M. undertook prevention efforts for working with taxpayers, administration of indirect taxes and customs post to comply with the requirements of subparagraph 7 of paragraph 1 of Article 118 of the Tax Code and Article 524 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (within the framework of the revealed corruption risks based on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks conducted in the SRD of EKR) with officials of the departments. 

At the end of the meetings, the deputy head of the SRD of EKR, Ethics Commissioner E.M. Tatubaev noted the importance and permanent respect for compliance with the norms of official ethics, prevention of breaches of the legislation on the civil service, combating corruption and the Code of Ethics.
