Happy family

Among employees of the state revenue bodies of East -Kazakhstan region there is another exemplary family, that is an example for many to follow.

Graduate of the "Semey" University named after Shakerim, Kabdoldanov Ruslan Zhomartovich started his career in the State Revenue Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city as a tax inspector in July 2001. In September of that year,Tolegenova Bibigul Tolegenovna was hired as a tax inspector.

At that time, young people had no idea that they would find not only their favorite job, but also their destiny in the walls of tax service.    

While remaining true to his work, Ruslan Zhomartovich achieved great success from the position of a tax inspector. He worked as a chief specialist, head of the department, deputy head of the tax administration for the Kokpeky and Ulan districts. Since September 2022, he has been appointed head of the SRO for Samar district of the SRD of East - Kazakhstan region.

Having a huge amount of knowledge, rich experience and  length of service, Ruslan Zhomartovich does not cease to share his knowledge with young specialists.

Bibigul Tolegenovna is the chief specialist of the Human Resources Department of the State Revenue Department of EKR. She differs in the efficiency of her work, responsibility, purposefulness, accomplishing thereby her intended purposes. She knows to prioritize her time and gives equal importance to both family and work.

Three wonderful children are growing up in a family where

in the family reign an atmosphere of respect. While her nineteen year-old daughter, Arai, helps around the house, Kamila takes care of her younger brother Alim, who is in second grade. Parents appreciate and respect the opinion of their children, they are proud of them and feel happy for their success and achievements.
