Meeting in the territorial administration of state Revenue on the topic: "Compliance with the requirements of the Ethical Code of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and anti-corruption legislation".

Deputy Head – Ethics Commissioner of the State Revenue Department of East - Kazakhstan region Tatubaev E.M. has held meetings on the issues of compliance with anticorruption legislation and the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

- On June 27, 2023 - a meeting was held with officials of Office Department of State Revenues for Glubokoe district;

- On June 31, 2023 - a meeting was held with officials of Office Department of State Revenues for Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

The meeting was conducted in a lively format, where the questions of employees of the territorial departments of state revenue were responded by the Ethics Commissioner, E.M. Tatubaev and necessary required information was provided.

Also, the Ethics Commissioner, Tatubaev E.M. conducted preventive work on working with taxpayers and administration of indirect taxes to comply with the requirements of subparagraph 7 of paragraph 1 of Article 118 of the Tax Code (within the framework of the revealed corruption risks based on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks in the SRD of EKR) with officials of the departments.  

After the end of the meetings the deputy head of the SRD of EKR - Ethics Commissioner E.M. Tatubaev emphasized the importance and necessity of constant compliance with the standards of service ethics, prevention of violations of the legislation on the civil service, countering corruption and the Code of Ethics.
