Pilot project «tax free»

The State Revenue Department of East - Kazakhstan region informs that the order No. 871  of the Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2019 «On approval of Rules and terms of realization of pilot project on compensation of the amount of value added tax to individuals who are citizens of foreign countries when exporting goods outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the export of goods through the territory of the member States of the Economic Union (pilot project «tax free»)» has been amended in terms of extension of the pilot project until December 31, 2024, improving geographical expansion of the territory of its realization in permanent trade outlets and international airports located in the cities of Astana, Almaty, and Turkestan and Shymkent by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2023 No. 710.
