On some issues of regulation of coal and lignite export

The  State Revenue Department of the East - Kazakhstan region informs that from May 26, 2023, the order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 3, 2023 No. 312 "On some issues of regulation of coal and lignite export" imposed a ban for the export of coal from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by road; briquettes, pellets and similar types of solid fuels obtained from coal: coal,  powdered or non – powdered, but not agglomerated (code of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - code of the CN FEA EEU) 2701); lignite, or brown coal, agglomerated or non-agglomerated, except jet (HS code EAEU 2702) for a period of six months
