We are bringing to your notice that the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 2022 No. 1312 «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2018 No. 294 «On certain issues of enforcement of the obligation pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the performance of the duties of a legal entity operating in the field of customs, and (or) an authorized economic operator» (hereinafter -the Order) came into force.

This Order approved the Rules for the provision of the state service «Registration of enforcement of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as enforcement of the duties of a legal entity operating in the field of customs affairs and (or) an authorized economic operator» (Annex 5 to the Order).
