Norms of legislation on bankruptcy of individuals

The deputy head of the State Revenue Department of the East - Kazakhstan Region, Tatubaev Erik Mukhamedkanapyanovich spoke on the topic: "Norms of legislation on bankruptcy of individuals" on the site of the Regional Communications Service of the East Kazakhstan region on January 6, 2023.

At a press conference with the citizens of the region and the media, Erik Tatubayev elaborated on the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan", which was approved by the Senate of the Parliament on December 29, 2022 and noted that the Law will take effect 60 calendar days from the date of its first official publication. This means that citizens who are not able to repay their debts will be able to apply for bankruptcy in March 2023.

Also, the deputy head of the SRD of the East -Kazakhstan region brought to the attention of the conference participants the procedure for bankruptcy of individuals, reported on three types of procedures - out-of-court bankruptcy, judicial bankruptcy and restoration of solvency.
