Dear taxpayers!
The State Revenue Department for the East -Kazakhstan region informs that the pilot project on issuing accompanying invoices for goods (AIG) has been extended until April 1, 2023.
The pilot project covers AIG issuing when processing export-import transactions in mutual trade with the countries of the EEU. It is necessary to issue an AIG before crossing the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the EEU countries.
The pilot project is aimed at ensuring a smooth transition to obligatory implementation of accompanying invoices for goods and intended to ensure that taxpayers adapt to work with accompanying invoices for goods, set up their accounting systems and interaction with buyers and suppliers.
The norms for registration and compliance with the procedure for issuance of accompanying invoices are defined by Article 176 of the Tax Code.
Administrative liability measures are not applied during the pilot project.
We encourage all participants of foreign economic activity to carry out the issuance of accompanying invoices for goods within the pilot project in mutual trade with the countries of the EEU.
