Open Day

On December 8, 2022,  the State Revenue Department  for the East -Kazakhstan region hosted an event «Open Day» for the younger generation of students of Kazakh-American Free University.

 

The «Open Day» was opened by Deputy Head of the Department - Erik Tatubayev.

In his speech, the deputy head noted that the purpose of the event is to improve tax and customs literacy among young people, applying theoretical knowledge in practice.

Since the beginning of the academic year 2022, employees of Office of Advocacy have been providing lectures for the 3rd and 4th year students of specialties «Customs», «Finance», «Accounting and Audit» of Kazakh-American Free University on customs and tax legislation within the framework of signed Memorandums.

As part of the «Open Day», students had the opportunity to consolidate the acquired knowledge during the training course, get acquainted with the activities of the State Revenue Department, find out a lot of useful information on  the functions of operational departments.

The head of Office of Advocacy, Gulmira Sabralimova told the students in detail about the activities of the state revenue bodies, the main tasks and functions, about digital innovations of the SRD MF RK. Further,  head of the management of public services Gulmira Sabralimova acquainted the young participants of the event with the state services provided by the SRD for the East-Kazakhstan region. Gulzhanat Berkutova, head of cameral monitoring office spoke on the topic of cameral control. The chief specialist of Customs post "Oskemen Clearance Hub" Ruzanna Ibysheva highlighted the topic of activities of the Department in the customs area. Zulfira Nigmedzhanova, the head of the Department of Human Resources  informed students about the structure of state revenue bodies and the rules for state recruitment. 

Summarizing the event, the Deputy head of the Department thanked the teachers for their Assisting the professional development of young experts and addressed to the younger generation:

« - Dear students, we will be glad to see you as employees of the state revenue bodies! We want to see you as professionals in your field who work for the good of the country! Our doors are always open to young professionals!».

In turn, the teacher of KAFU, Trofimova Yulia Vladimirovna thanked the representatives of the Department for the opportunity to improve students' knowledge in practice.

At the end of the Open Day, students were given a tour of the Museum of the SRD for the East - Kazakhstan region  and received booklets with digital innovations of the SRC MF RK
