UNIVERSAL DECLARATION

The State Revenue Department for the East -Kazakhstan region keeps conducting educational work among the population of the region within the as part of the implementation of universal declaration.

Another seminar was held by the Department on the site of SI «Department of Healthcare of East Kazakhstan Region » with the participation of heads of medical organizations.

During the seminar, the head of Office of Advocacy, Gulmira Sabralimova informed about the upcoming events for a step-by-step transition to universal declaration,  indicated the deadline and noted that the second stage of universal declaration will start on January 1, 2023.

– More than 36 thousand employees from more than 700 state institutions and the quasi-public sector and their spouses will submit for an initial declaration of assets and liabilities in the form of 250.00 for the first time, followed by an annual declaration of income and property of an individual (form 270.00) in the East -Kazakhstan region,- Gulmira Kamilyevna said.

After, the chief specialist of the office of advocacy - Zhanar Aitzhanova described how the declaration of assets and liabilities is submitted, noted that the declaration can be submitted through the mobile application «e-SalyqAzamat», e-cabinet of the taxpayer  «e-cabinet of the taxpayercabinet.salyk.kz» , e-government portal egov.kz.

When entering the declaring system, a declaration of assets and liabilities must be provided(form 250.00), which consists of the main form and 6 appendices.

A declaration of assets and liabilities (Form 250.00) is made as of December 31 of the year preceding the year of submission of the declaration of assets and liabilities, that is, as of December 31, 2022.

The most convenient way to submit a declaration in electronic form without an EDS for a few minutes is a mobile application «e-SalyqAzamat».

After the event, the staff of the Department answered the questions of the participants fully.

It should be noted that the Department regularly holds conferences on ZOOM in the format of "Question-answer" on filling the declaration of assets and liabilities of an individual form 250.00 and the declaration of income and property form 270.00 every Wednesday from 11 AM to 11.30 PM.
