«The best Taxpayer» and «The best the foreign economic activity participant » campaign

On November 30, 2022, the State Revenue Department for the East- Kazakhstan region hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the title «The best Taxpayer» and «The best the foreign economic activity participant»  for the full year of 2021.

Welcoming remarks were made by the head of the department, Bimagambetov Sayat Sailaubekovich, who noted that «The best Taxpayer» and

«The best the foreign economic activity participant » (FEA) campaign is held annually by the state revenue authorities in order to strengthen the partnership, promote  transparency  and trust of taxpayers to the state revenue authorities. 

He also noted that economic stability is an important component of our state. Therefore, in the message dated September 1, 2022, «A Fair State. One Nation. Prosperous Society» the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev paid much attention to economic issues. In this regard, a new tax code will be prepared next year, which will simplify tax administration and thereby facilitate the business.

He informed that according to the results of the campaign, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has determined 12 laureates of the East-Kazakhstan region for the title of «The best Taxpayer» and «The best the foreign economic activity participant »in accordance with the criteria.

The head of Office of Advocacy, Sabralimova Gulmira Kamilyevna announced the names of 12 winners of the competition for the title of «The best Taxpayer» and «The best the foreign economic activity participant» for the full year of 2021, who were awarded with diplomas.

         After the award ceremony on behalf of the nominees, the head of Zarechye Eco-Land LLP, Froimchuk Svetlana Anatolyevna and financial director of JSC "Orica – Kazakhstan", Kanina Elena Mikhailovna expressed their gratitude to the State Revenue Department for the East- Kazakhstan region for the attention and trust.

In addition, problematic issues on tax administration were discussed with business representatives, entrepreneurs placed some suggestions to the new Tax Code, and offered to discuss the draft of the new Tax Code together.
