FORUM ON THE SITE UCHET KZ

On September 30 of this year, the first Forum on the topic «Accounting and business. The latest changes in tax legislation relating to every entrepreneur in Kazakhstan in 2022-2023» for entrepreneurs and accountants was held in the East Kazakhstan region  with the participation of the founder of group of companies «UCHET», Chairman of the Regional Council of NCE «Atameken» in Almaty, Maxim Baryshev

The forum, which brought together more than 300 taxpayers, tax consultants of the region was opened by Maxim Baryshev, founder of the «Uchet» group of companies and Anna Osipova, co-founder and partner of «Uchet», the accounting outsourcing franchise network, managing director of the «Uchet»  group of companies

The organizers were «Uchet» group of companies, NCE «Atameken», Kazakh-American Free University, the speakers were tax consultants from all regions of Kazakhstan, including Sabralimova Gulmira Kamilyevna, the acting head of the Office of Advocacy of the  State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region.

The forum session covered current topics for entrepreneurs on the following changes in tax legislation, such as «CIT for non-residents", «Receiving dividends», «Universal declaration», «Cash registers », «Three-component Integrated System», «RMS», «Special tax regime of retail tax», etc.  

During the event, the speakers shared useful information and their experience, offered  several master classes for entrepreneurs, and the participants could personally meet the guests and ask questions.

Within the forum, Gulmira Sabralimova, Acting Head of Office of Advocacy of the of the State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region  made a report on the topic: «Risk management System», told about digital innovations of state revenue bodies, such as «E-salyq Azamat!», «E-salyq Business!», «SalyqBot», gave recommendations to entrepreneurs how to install a three-component integrated system, noted the advantages and convenience of the system. Gulmira Sabralimova also answered all the questions of the participants on the risk management system, cash registers, property income, VAT registration, etc.

The holding of such large-scale forum for the first time in East Kazakhstan opens  possibilities for entrepreneurs favorable business environment, which helpps a better mutual understanding between the state and business.
