Separate articles of the Code of Administrative Offences provide for the possibility of seizure of property if there is a corresponding court decision  . According to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, no one shall be prevented from disposing of his property except within the limits of law.

For today, no facts of confiscation of vehicles for illegal taxi activity have been registered.

At the same time, the State Revenue Committee warns that an administrative fine of fifteen MCI is provided for carrying out taxi activities without registering as an individual entrepreneur.
