Mobile applications for taxpayers

The mobile application «E-Salyq Azamat» is used by individuals. Today about 1.5 million citizens are users of this application.
The application was created to ease the payment of property taxes (taxes on property, land and transport).
Through «Е-Salyq Azamat»:
- about 580 thousand declarations or 44 % were submitted within the framework of the universal declaration within the framework of the universal declaration;

- more than 200 million tenge of taxes and payments have been paid.
The following improvements are planned:
- complaint-filing for the non-issuance of receipts and refusal to accept a bank card (action «Civil control - demand a receipt»);

- view personal accounts;

- submission of passenger customs declaration, etc..

The mobile application «E-Salyq Вusiness» is created for individual entrepreneurs. Today, 439 thousand individual entrepreneurs use this application.

The application implements the following functionality:

- simplified procedure for registration as an individual entrepreneur;

- choice or change of the tax regime;

- receipt issuance without use of CRM and payment for the services of fiscal data operators;

- obtaining various certificates.

The following improvements are planned:

- creation of a service to pre-fill a simplified declaration (form 910);

- integration with internet platforms for taxi and delivery services.
