On some issues of regulation of export of coal

The State Revenue Department  for the East Kazakhstan region informs that from September 30, 2022, a ban was imposed for a period of six months on the export of coal, briquettes, pellets and similar solid fuels from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of six months, as well as obtained from coal: coal, powdered or non-powdered, but not agglomerated by road (code 2071of Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union )  by the order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 514 dated September 14, 2022.
