Formation of a positive image of state bodies

On July 26 - 27, 2022, the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kaliyasov Anuar Yergalievich paid a working visit to the East Kazakhstan region.

On July 26, State Revenue  Department for the East Kazakhstan region hosted a meeting with the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kaliyasov Anuar Yergalievich . The meeting was attended by the head of the Department - Bimagambetov Sayat Sailaubekovich, Deputy Head – Commissioner for Ethics of the SRD for the East Kazakhstan region – Tatubaev Erik Mukhamedkanapiyanovich, Deputy Head - Zholdasbayev Yerkin Kaiyrdollayevich, managers and staff  of offices of the Department.

The meeting was opened by Sayat Sailaubekovich, who noted the importance of the event for the prevention and avoiding violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the public service and the Code of Ethics, anti-corruption, as well as the formation of a positive image of employees of state revenue bodies.

The meeting reviewed issues on applying of a client-oriented approach in the provision of public services, increasing the public confidence in state revenue agencies, as well as improving the anti-corruption culture and compliance with ethical standardsм.

During the meeting, Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Anuar Yergalievich emphasized that «The main objective of the modernization of state revenue bodies is the development of the concept of a "hearing state" and elimination of administrative barriers in the provision of public services».

At the end of the meeting, Anuar Yergalievich received civil servants and citizens.

Also the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the State Revenue Department for the city of Ust - Kamenogorsk, then met with the staff of the State Revenue Department for the Glubokoe district.

Within the event, Anuar Yergaliev held a personal reception of specialists of Office Department of State Revenues and residents of the Glubokoe district, where he listened to the wishes and suggestions of employees on improving the activities of state revenue bodies and questions of taxpayers.
