Documents and information required for customs operations

Today, the state bodies has been interacting with the population through a digital apparatus, called e-Government for citizens for the past 15 years,.

Individuals and legal entities successfully use the package of electronic public services presented to simplify the connection between population and state authorities, excluding red tape, incompetence and prerequisites for corruption.

The state revenue authorities also take all measures to reduce administrative barriers, corruption risks, etc., searching for all technical resources to ensure the possibility of obtaining the public services through the electronic portal of public services of the Government egov.kz.

We are glad to inform you that two state services of state revenue agencies are implemented  on the egov portal.kz from this moment:

-« Acceptance of the customs declaration for the vehicle», that provides the possibility of independent submission of the customs declaration for the vehicle by carriers (air carriers), which use the declaration for the vehicle in the customs declaration of international transport vehicles, and in cases provided for by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" - in the customs declaration of supplies (supplies are goods necessary to ensure the normal operation and technical  maintenance of aircraft in their parking and route, as well as goods intended for consumption and (or) use by passengers and crew members of aircraft)

- «Acceptance of passenger customs declaration», that provides the possibility of independent submission of the passenger customs declaration by individuals, who receive international postal items, representing parcels and written correspondence.

The implementation of the public services is possible in gaining external user access to the Information System "ASTANA-1" in the State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region, at the following address : Ust-Kamenogorsk, Permitin st. 27. Telephone inquiry: 24-30-84.
