Mystery of the old camp

Last weekend in the fresh air with picturesque nature, a large-scale team building took place  among employees of the State Revenue Department  for East Kazakhstan region, which embraced over more than 150 employees from different departments on the shore of the  Bukhtarma reservoir.

A special program with various locations, tasks and attributes was prepared for the team building participants. 

Team building was opened by Sayat Bimagambetov, the head of the Department.

– The purpose of this event is to strengthen collective unity, enhance corporate culture, create motivation for joint activities and develop skills in solving common tasks in a team. I am sure that the festive atmosphere will bring us all together, which will allow us to continue to keep working well with others effectively for our common good – noted the Head of the Department.

All the competitions were very fun, there was an atmosphere of friendliness, active collaboration and healthy competition in the field.

The team building gave its participants a lot of positive emotions and impressions.

 – During the competition, solving and performing tasks revealed the individual qualities and capabilities of each team member, which contributed to team building. During the it, we received a psychological reboot, which brings strength for new achievements, - shared his impressions Erkin Zholdasbaev, the deputy Head.

After the competition, the results were   summarised and winners were the team «Coca - Cola», the honorable second place was taken by the team «Pioneers», team «Birlik» took the 3rd place.
