Which MCI need to be applied from April 1, 2022?

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 12, 2022 "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the Republican Budget for 2022-2024», from April 1, 2022, the monthly calculation index was increased from 3,063 tenge to 3,180 tenge and minimum subsistence level was increased from 36,018 tenge to 37,389 tenge, used to calculate all social benefits.

In this regard, the new amount of MCI (3 180 tenge) is applied only for calculation of benefits and social benefits, including the calculation of temporary disability benefits  and environmental benefits  from April 1, 2022.

For penalties, taxes and other charges, the MCI  in the amount of 3,063 tengeб established from January 1, 2022 will be applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
