 And again, violations of the law in the field of alcohol turnover

The Department of State Revenue for the East Kazakhstan Region keep monitoring verification activities of the subjects of alcohol-producing market.

During a regular inspection illegal storage of alcoholic beverages of various manufacturers and names of more than 49,000 bottles was established at one of the wholesale warehouses of Ust-Kamenogorsk, (vodka: «Qulan», «Pshenichnaya», «Khaoma», cognac «Kazakhstan», «Sikvaruli» «Gruzinsky», wine «Alazanskaya dolina», «Muskat», « Soviet Champagne »).

Remind that, according to the Law «On state regulation of the manufacture and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages» storage of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic beverages for further wholesale or retail sale must be carried out on the basis of a license.

Samples of the seized alcohol have been sent for examination. Records of the check have been transmitted to the Department of Economic Investigations of the East Kazakhstan region for making a procedural decision.

In a short time, that is the second case of illegal alcoholic traffic in Ust-Kamenogorsk. In April, it was revealed the fact of storage, as well as illegal manufacture of alcoholic beverages during the inspection.
