Paper invoices issued during the emergency period must be inputted into the EI IS system no later than February 3, 2022.

On January 6, 2022 the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a protocol on the recognition of a technical error for the period from January 5 to January 19, 2022 in connection with the introduction of the state of emergency and technical failures in the Internet, in accordance with subparagraph 2) Paragraph 2 of Article 412 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

Thus, considering that the state of emergency expired on January 19, 2022 and the Internet has been stabilized, the issued invoices must be inputted into the EI IS system no later than February 3, 2022.

The important thing to note is when entering paper invoice into the EI IS , it is necessary to issue an electronic invoice in the EI Journal using «entry of paper invoice».
