Issuance of the AIG for constructional materials

In accordance with paragraph 3 of the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2020 No. 1104 « On approval of the Rules and deadlines for realization (implementation) of pilot projects on execution of accompanying invoices for goods and their document flow» from February 1 till November 1, 2022, a pilot project is being implemented to issue the AIG for construction materials for which the EI is subject to issue through a virtual warehouse. Thus, persons selling construction materials need to issue a AIG.

Details of the list of goods and CN FEA codes can be found in the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 2019 No. 384 « On approval of the list of goods for which electronic invoices are issued through the «Virtual warehouse» module of information system of electronic invoices ».

We remind that measures of administrative responsibility for late registration or  AIG confirmation are not provided during the pilot project.
