Relating to persons under the age of sixteen years.

In accordance with Article 343 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26 December 2017  "On Customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan", declarants of goods for personal use of individuals under the age of sixteen c can be individuals reached the age of 16  – members of the Eurasian Economic Union or foreign individuals accompanying individuals under the age of sixteen years (one of the parents, adoptive parents, guardians or caregivers, another support person or a representative of the carrier in the absence of support persons, and in case of an organized exit (entry) of a group of minors  not accompanied by their parents, adoptive parents, guardians or caregivers, other persons – the head of the group or a representative of the carrier).
