- in the yellow line- documentary control,

- in the blue line- verification of information after release,

- in the red line- inspection and examination.

A green line means that there are no risks of violation and, consequently, the release of goods.

Once released into the yellow and blue lines, you see which inspector got the declaration for control. The customs inspector also receives a message about the declaration received for control, indicating clear instructions for performing customs control. He requests the necessary documents through the ASTANA-1 system, which the declarant attaches in the «attached documents» tab. Verification of documents ends with the release of goods.

Once released into the red line, an actual customs inspection or examination of goods is carried out.

Upon completion of all types of control, the release is made and the status of the declaration becomes «PAID». All types of control, as well as the statuses of the submitted declaration can be tracked online in the information system

The multifunctional program calculates the number of customs payments and taxes, as well as the need to apply prohibitions and restrictions. Customs payments and taxes are paid through the banking system at the place of registration of the FEA and payments transfer to the payer's personal account within a few minutes.
