Labelling of tobacco products

Tobacco products produced in the territory of Kazakhstan or imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan are labeled with a digital stamp.

As of 1 October  2020 other cigarettes, cigarettes containing tobacco, cigarettes with a filter must be labelled.

In the information system for labeling goods for the sale of tobacco products, you only have to register at the link https://elk.prod.markirovka.ismet.kz/login-kep using electronic digital signature.

For the correct operation of the 2D scanner it is necessary to enable the range of goods of CR online. Instructions for connecting the range of goods to the online CR are available at the link www.ismet.kz . 2D scanner correctly reads the digital marking after updating the product nomenclature.

2D scanner  be replaced with a free mobile application " Naqty Sauda " (Android и IOS).

Herewith, the State Revenue Committee is currently taking measures to simplify the work with labeled tobacco products in the labeling system. It is, in essence, the  possibility of simplifying  work with acts of transfer and acceptance, disposal of goods in the marking system without scanning with a 2D scanner.
