AN INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

In accordance with the Decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 676 of 22 June 2011, certificates on the admission of international carriage transportation to the carriage of goods under customs seals and stamps are issued. To obtain a certificate, the owner or an authorized representative submits an application written in any form to the state revenue authorities. In addition,  it's necessary to provide  a copy of the technical passport of the vehicle, 5 photos together with the application. Photos  attached to the application must show the type of motor vehicle, trailer, semi-trailer front, rear, left, right and space to impose customs seals and stamps.

The state revenue authorities register the application on the day of its receipt. After registering the application, an officer of the state revenue authorities checks the copies of the documents with the original and makes  an appropriate mark on the copies of the documents. The original documents shall be  returned to the applicant.

After checking the documents, the state revenue authorities inspect the presented motor vehicle, trailer, semi-trailer. After compliance with the technical requirements, the hard copy of the certificate is filled in with the vehicle data, sealed with officer's personal seal and the certificate is issued.

Since the introduction  of the IS "E-licensing" in February 2020, the certificate is issued in electronic format. In electronic format, the application is registered in the UEDMS program.
