On some issues of transportation of oil products from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 and subparagraph 1) paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2012 "On National Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 29 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as Section 10 of Annex 7 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, the export of gasoline, diesel fuel and certain types of oil products from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by road (CN FEA code 2709, 2710, 2902, 3403, 3811, 3826), except  lubricating oils (CN FEA code of EEU 2710 19 820 0, 2710 19 840 0, 2710 19 860 0, 2710 19 880 0, 2710 19 920 0, 2710 19 940 0, 2710 19 980 0, 3403 19 900 0, 3403 91 000 0) have been prohibited f or a period of six months, except for export in gas tanks provided by the factory-manufacturer of motor vehicles and installed in accordance with the technical specifications, as well as in separate containers with a volume of no more than 20 liters.
