«Registration as a taxpayer»

Dear taxpayers!

The State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan Region brings to the attention of taxpayers that a new user-friendly functionality allowing in particular non – resident legal entities to submit a tax application "Registration as a taxpayer" has been implemented on the official Internet resource of the SRD of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan www.kgd.gov.kz.

You have to register at a website https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/nonresident/register. in order to submit a tax application. The user registration function on the Portal allows the user to enter data about themselves and save them in the system in order to obtain certain access rights to the site materials, as well as additional opportunities to influence the content of the site. It's necessary to enter the following data for registration: user name,e-mail address, full name, code from the image and click the "Register" button

After entering the correct data, the system registers the user on the portal and sends the message to the email address.

Next, you need to select the menu item "Appointment log for registration of a non-resident".

The menu item contains links to the following reasons for submitting the application:

- Registration as a taxpayer;

- Changes and addition of registration data without issuing a certificate;

- Changes and addition of registration data with  issuing a certificate.

Applicants fill-in the application for registration of a non-resident in the user's personal account. Scanned documents confirming information on the non-resident are attached to the application. After submitting the application to the authorized body, you must click the "Save" button, if all fields are filled in, you will see a message about successful submission on the screen. Also, appointment log for registration of a non-resident provides an opportunity to view the status of consideration of the application in the authorized body, download the certificate of registration of a non-resident. A response letter of the processing of applications result in the authorized body will be sent to the e-mail address.
