Cigarettes with a filter, cigars, cigarillos, will be subject to mandatory labeling from April 1, 2021.

Marking is a special encrypted product label that contains detailed information about the manufacturer, serial number and code of protection against hacking.

The marking code is applied by manufacturers and importers of tobacco products. They put a code on each package of their product. You can trace the entire path of the product through the digital code— from production/import to the cash register, which phases it out.

It is necessary to do the following to sell labeled tobacco products:

  1. Connect to the product labeling and traceability system on the website http://elk.prod.markirovka.ismet.kz - select "go to the registration of the personal account" using the EDS of the legal entity or the sole proprietor
  2. acquire 2D-SKANNER to read the DataMatrix code from the product.
  3. make some sales of labelled products, using 2D-SKANNER with online cash register.

At the same time, an alternative free mobile application of the 2D scanner-Naqty.Sauda, Kassa  has been developed. This application allows users to phase-out the marked product on the retail level. This will significantly simplify the procedure for sellers, as well as save money.

You can download the app in the Google Play Market, then you need to register it in the State Revenue Committee.

Software «NaqtySauda» it is intended for sending data on cash register operations to the OFD server and working with the system of accounting for marked goods. «NaqtySauda» allows users to perform the following operations:

- checks transactions (sale/refund);

- cash transactions (deposit/withdrawal);

- generating reports (generating ZX reports);

- work with marked goods (withdrawal of marked goods).
