Universal declaration

"The State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region informs that the requirements for submitting a declaration of income and property (form 230.00) are terminated from January 1, 2021. This is due to the fact that from January 1, 2021, civil servants equated to them and their spouses must submit a declaration of assets and liabilities in form 250.00, indicating the assets and liabilities as at 31 December 2020. If an individual has mistakenly submitted a declaration in form 230.00 for 2020, then such a declaration is subject to revocation.

The declaration is submitted at the place of residence (stay):

1) paper - no later than 15 July of the current year;

2) in electronic form - no later than 15 September of the current year."
