Tax reporting forms for 2021 approved

Tax reporting forms for 2021 is approved

 

Due to changes in tax legislation, the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1214 of December 20, 2020 approved the tax reporting forms and the Rules for their preparation, which will enter into force from 2021. These are tax reporting forms 100.00, 180.00, 200.00, 220.00, 240.00, 300.00, 701.01, 710.00, 871.00, 910.00, 911.00, 912.00, 920.00.

To ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations before issuance of the tax reporting of the new version, the forms for 2021 are available at the time of submission of tax reports in the tax Office, is "SSTR TP" on the web portal of the state revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance (kgd.gov.kz).

These forms shall be accepted, if you have status "Accepted", "Posted". At the same time, re-submission of tax reports in the new version is not required.

Notifications on the publication of tax reporting forms of the new version in the web application "Taxpayer's Account", IS " SSTR TP " will be published in advance in the news section, as well as on the Internet portal www.kgd.gov.kz.
