Within the framework of the republican project "ANTIKOR LIVE", Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for East Kazakhstan Region Tatubayev Erik Mukhamedkanapiyanovich made a report on the topic "Reducing barriers to business in the provision of public services".

Improving the quality of public services and customer focus is one of the priorities of the state revenue authorities.

According to Tatubaev Erik Mukhamedkanapiyanovich, Deputy head of the Internal Affairs Department for East Kazakhstan Region, 44 state services are currently provided to individuals and legal entities, including 27 tax services and 17 customs services.

Thus, of the 44 public services provided by state revenue agencies, 39 or 88.6% are automated, while 34 are available in the e-Government Portal.

For 9 months of 2020, 1,109,672 or 98.7% of the total number of services (1,124,633) were rendered electronically, while for the same period last year, this figure was 92.8%.

Further, the Deputy head spoke of innovations in the field of quality control of public services, namely, the connection of employees of the Public Services Department of SRD for East Kazakhstan Region to the Situation Center. As a result, daily monitoring of the current state of queues in Service Centers is carried out in real time, as well as operational measures are taken to distribute the queue.

He also noted that since December 2019, the mobile application "Tax Wallet" eSalyq has been implemented. This application is available on the AppStore and PlayMarket platforms.

The tax wallet allows to eliminate incorrect payments and penalties, reduce the number of refunds and collection orders, reduce the time spent by taxpayers and eliminate the cost of commission to banks.

In order to develop the mobile application in the first half of 2020, work was carried out on the implementation of various services and functional additions.

Currently, the number of users of the Tax wallet is more than 78 thousand.

During his speech, Erik Tatubayev also noted that the declaration of goods is carried out completely in electronic form thanks to the information system "ASTANA-1".

"For the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 September 2020, the information system" Astana-1 " issued 7894 declarations for goods (hereinafter-DG) in the area of activity of the customs posts of the SRD for the East Kazakhstan region. 6,155 DG (77.9%) were issued on the "green corridor", 1,150 DG (14.6%) were issued on the "yellow corridor", 162 DG (2.1%) on the "blue" and 427 DG (5.4%) on the "red"," he said.
