Under the tax amnesty for individuals

we are going to write off all fines

In the East Kazakhstan region, at the beginning of the tax amnesty, 51,527 individuals had debts in the amount of 864,407,533 million tenge.

As of 4 December of the current year, due to payment of the principal in the amount of 356,326,400 million tenge, fines were written off for 27,426 taxpayers.The amount of the written-off penalty is 29,601,895 million tenge.

The tax amnesty for writing off fines to individuals will last until December 31, 2020.

The main condition for writing off the fine is payment of the principal amounts of property, land taxes and vehicle taxes.

The fine  is written off according to the type of tax for which the arrears are paid

There is no need to apply anywhere to write off the fines . It is enough to pay the principal amount of the debt. The fines  will be deducted automatically. In all territorial divisions of the state revenue bodies, commissions have been established to write off fines .
