Open House Day as part of the “People’s Accountant” campaign

"On January 28, 2026, an Open House Day for residents of the East Kazakhstan region was held at the Office Department of State Revenues for Ust-Kamenogorsk city as part of the nationwide 'People’s Accountant' campaign.

The “People’s Accountant” initiative is designed to foster a service-oriented approach within state revenue authorities, enhance public tax literacy, and prevent violations of tax legislation.

The campaign will run through June 30, 2026, with taxpayer consultations provided on a regular basis in accordance with an approved schedule:

January-February — on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am till 1 pm;

since March — twice a week.

Consultations are held at the Office Department of State Revenues for Ust-Kamenogorsk city, located at: 86 N. Nazarbayev Ave., 3rd Floor, Ust-Kamenogorsk.

Taxpayers from other cities and districts throughout the region may also receive consultations via video call by contacting: 8 771 123 80 84.
