In accordance with Order No. 786 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated December 18, 2025, twelve enterprises in the East Kazakhstan region have been designated for republican monitoring: Kazzink LLP, Vostoktsvetmet LLP, Orika-Kazakhstan JSC, Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Plant JSC, Ulba-FA, Altyn Shyghys LLP, Oblshygyszhol LLP, Ust-Kamenogorsk TPP LLP, Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm JSC, United Energy Service Company LLP, AK NIET GROUP LLP.
These payers are engaged in the following types of activities:
1) manufacturing industry – 6;
2) mining industry – 1;
3) electric power supply – 2;
4) agriculture, forestry and fisheries –1;
5) construction – 1;
6) wholesale and retail trade – 1.
In January 2026, the state budget received 10,126.7 million tenge in tax payments from the aforementioned enterprises. Of this total, 1,694.2 million tenge was allocated to the local budget, while 8,432.5 million tenge was transferred to the republican budget. This republican figure includes VAT refunds processed at a 0% rate, totaling 2,173.4 million tenge credited to the taxpayers' current accounts.
Revenue from enterprises under republican monitoring accounts for 35.7% of the region's total state budget contributions. the enterprises represent 13% of the local budget revenue and 61.2% of the republican budget revenue.
