Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2018 No. 208 “On some issues related to the use of cash registers”

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 166, paragraph 6 of Article 167, paragraph 2 of Article 170, Article 171 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code) and subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", I HEREBY ORDER:
Paragraph 1 is amended in accordance with of the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister-Of the Minister of Finance RK dated 24.02.20 г. № 192 (see old edition .); of the order of the Deputy Prime Minister- Of the Minister of Finance RK dated 27.12.23 . № 1326 (put into effect from 14 January 2024 .) (see old edition .)
Approve attached:
1) Rules for using of cash registers in accordance with Appendix 1 to this order;
2) registration card form контрольно-кассовой машины согласно приложению 2 к настоящему приказу;
3) form of cash accounting book according to Annex 3 to this order;
4) the form of the book of sales receipts according to Annex 4 to this order;
5) the form of the sales receipts according to Annex 5 to this order;
6) Rules inclusion (exclusion) of models of cash registers in (from) the state (state) register (register) of cash registers in accordance with Appendix 6 to this order;»;
7) Rules receiving and storing information from cash registers with the function of recording and (or) transmitting data on monetary settlements carried out during the sale of goods, performance of works, provision of services, as well as their transfer to state revenue authorities by the fiscal data operator in accordance with Annex 7 to this order.
8) Rules transfer of information about cash registers with the function of recording and (or) transmitting data by the fiscal data operator to the state revenue authorities in accordance with Annex 8 to this order.
Paragraph 2 is amended in accordance with the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister -Of the Minister of Finance RK dated 24.02.20 г. № 192 (see old edition .)
To invalidate certain orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list in accordance with Annex 9 to this order.
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebaev A.M.), in accordance with the procedure established by law, ensure:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order, sending a copy of it in paper and electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican Center for Legal Information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within ten working days after the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submit to the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of measures provided for in subparagraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
