SRD for EKR reports, on January 25, 2016, Chairman of the SRD of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yergozhin D. E. signed the Order of 25.01.2016 No. 29 "On organization of the control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation in the declaration of certain categories of goods".
This order provides for the purpose of ensuring proper control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Customs Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation in terms of providing documents confirming the compliance of certain categories of goods placed under the customs procedure "release for domestic consumption" with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union (Declaration of Conformity, certificate of conformity), and also in accordance with the letter of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2016, when performing customs clearance of goods of 61-65 groups, items 4202-4206, 8708 of the List of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and placing them under the customs procedure "release for domestic consumption", to ensure:
1) the release of certain categories of goods only in cases where the declarants provide documents confirming the compliance of the goods with the technical regulations of the Customs Union;
2) providing the declarant (other persons, if necessary) with access to temporary storage facilities for sampling under customs control in order to obtain documents confirming the compliance of the goods with the technical regulations of the Customs Union;
3) making decisions on refusal of release in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 302 of the Code in case of not providing documents confirming the compliance of goods with the technical regulations of the Customs Union.
