The Legal Office of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Abdrakhmanov O.A.) must ensure that a copy of this order is sent in the State and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the supervisory bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads of State Revenue Departments by regions, cities of republican significance and the capital (hereinafter - the Departments) and their territorial bodies must:
1) take the measures necessary to implement this order;
2) ensure that this order is posted on the Internet resource of Departments and their territorial bodies.
The organizational and control department of the department of personnel and internal administration (Kystaubaeva M.S.) must bring this order to the attention of departments and their territorial bodies.
This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
