JOINT ORDER


ON Approval of the Rules for Submission of Confidential Information by State Revenue Bodies to the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology

and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan


in accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 3 of Article 19 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and with Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife" WE ORDER:

  1. To approve the Rules for submission of confidential information by state revenue bodies to the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this joint order.

  2. The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, ensure the placement of this joint order on the Internet resources of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  3. Control over the execution of this joint order shall be entrusted to the supervising Deputy Chairmen of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  4. This joint order comes into force from the date of its signing by the last of the heads of the state body.
