The State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region informs.
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has implemented a functionality, making it possible to submit a tax application "Registration as a taxpayer", in particular, by non – resident legal entities through an official Internet resource - www.kgd.gov.kz.
To submit a tax application, a taxpayer needs to register with the Internet resource, at the link https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/nonresident/register and select the menu item «Requisition logs for registration of a non-resident».
There are links to the following reasons for submitting an application in the menu item:
- Registration as a taxpayer;
- Changes and addition of registration data without issuing a certificate;
- Changes and addition of registration data with the issuing a certificate.
In view of the above, we recommend to use the electronic service.
